Bio

James is a critically acclaimed English/Italian photographer & lens-based artist currently based in Brighton (UK). He works with photography, audio, and elements of live performance. 

His self-initiated projects explore themes of belonging, heritage & biomythography through portraiture, cultural symbols, food, and found objects. 

He works commercially & editorially with international brands, marketing teams, and design agencies. 

James holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Photography from Falmouth University. In 2021 extracts from his MA project MANNA were published in the contemporary art magazine AIN'T-BAD and were also selected by curators from New Art Exchange & Bloomberg for Source Photography Magazine's graduate showcase.
